Services

Eight kinds of event.
One way of working.

Everything we produce falls under one of the headings below, and every one of them is delivered the same way: by a small senior team, with Gabby in the room on the night. Choose how much of the load you would like us to carry.

Full service

We take the event from the first conversation to the morning after. Venue search and contracting, concept and design, budget management, catering and wine, technical production, entertainment, guest communications and registration, on-the-night direction and the wrap-up. You will have one point of contact and a weekly note telling you exactly where things stand.

Production only

Your team is organising the event and you need it to look and feel like something far bigger than the headcount suggests. We bring design, décor, lighting, sound, staging, florals and entertainment, with our own crew to install and run it. We slot into your plan without taking it over.

Not sure which? Most clients are not, at first. Tell us about the event and we will suggest the lighter of the two that still gets you the result.

01

Leadership summits and conferences

A summit is the one time a year your leadership team is in the same room with nothing to do but think together. The room has to earn that. We design conference spaces that feel considered rather than hired, pace the day so people are still sharp at four o’clock, and treat the dinner afterwards as the part they will remember.

A board of twelve in a private dining room and several hundred people in a London hotel ballroom have one thing in common when we produce them: the technical side disappears. Screens, sound, lighting and timings are rehearsed until nobody on stage has to think about them.

Typically includes

  • Venue search and contracting
  • Agenda pacing and run of show
  • Stage, screen, sound and lighting design
  • Speaker and panel management
  • Branded environment and wayfinding
  • Dinner, drinks and entertainment after the sessions
Can you work with our in-house AV supplier?Yes. We manage them as part of the production and you will not notice the join.

Gala dinners and awards evenings

A gala lives or dies on the details nobody is supposed to notice: how long the drinks reception runs, whether the first course arrives as the chairman sits down, whether the awards are kept to forty minutes rather than ninety. We have built our reputation on getting those things right in rooms of several hundred guests.

Then there is the part people photograph. Long tables under low light, florals with height and restraint, a menu written with the chef and a wine list chosen by a sommelier, because our founder is one. The room should feel like the best dinner party any of your guests has been to, only larger.

Typically includes

  • Concept, table design and florals
  • Menu development and wine pairing
  • Lighting and sound design
  • Stage and awards production, scripts and timings
  • Host and entertainment booking
  • Seating plans, place cards and guest management
How do you keep the awards section moving? We script it to the minute, rehearse the presenters in the afternoon and keep the walk to the stage short. Nobody has ever complained that an awards evening was too brisk.
03

Brand and product launches

A launch is a first impression made in front of your most important audiences at once: press, partners, clients and your own people. We build the environment around the thing you are launching, so the product is the point and everything else is in service of it.

That might mean a gallery taken over for one evening, a dinner where the product is revealed between courses, or a daytime showcase with a programme of demonstrations. We work closely with your marketing team and your agency, and we are comfortable being the quiet partner in the room.

Typically includes

  • Venue sourcing and fit-out
  • Reveal design and staging
  • Branded environment, print and digital
  • Guest list management and RSVPs
  • Press and photography coordination
  • Catering, drinks and entertainment
We already have a creative agency. Where do you fit?We produce what they imagine. Agencies tend to like us because we make their ideas happen on time and on budget.

Client hospitality and stakeholder dinners

Some of the most important events we produce have twelve guests. A dinner for your top clients, a private evening for investors, a thank-you for the board. These are rooms where every detail is noticed, because the guests have been to the best rooms in the world and have opinions.

Our founder spent years doing precisely this for a private bank’s wealthiest clients and for the members of a Mayfair club, and the habits stuck: the right private dining room, a chef who comes out to speak, a wine list that starts a conversation, and a host’s briefing that tells you who is sitting where and why.

Typically includes

  • Private dining room and restaurant sourcing
  • Menu and wine selection with the chef and sommelier
  • Invitations and discreet RSVP handling
  • Table plans and host briefings
  • Gifting
  • Transport and after-dinner arrangements
We work in a regulated industry and hospitality has limits. Can you help?Yes. We are used to working within corporate hospitality policies and keep per-head costs documented and within your thresholds.
05

Leadership retreats and team away days

Time away from the office is expensive, so it should be worth it. We design retreats and away days that senior teams come back from with something decided, and that everyone else comes back from feeling the company took trouble over them.

We take care of the house or hotel, the programme, the facilitators if you need them, the food, the wellbeing element and the evenings, which are usually where the real conversations happen. Country estates within two hours of London are a speciality. So are a few places further afield.

Typically includes

  • Venue search across country houses, hotels and private estates
  • Programme design and facilitator booking
  • Wellbeing and activity planning
  • Dining and wine
  • Transport and logistics
  • Evening entertainment
Can you balance serious sessions with real downtime? That balance is the whole point. We build the day around it.

06

Seasonal and end-of-year celebrations

The end-of-year party is the one evening when everyone in the company is a guest, and they will remember how they were treated long after they have forgotten the speeches. We design celebrations that feel generous without being excessive, and that work as well for the person who stays until the end as for the one who leaves at nine.

We book early, because the good rooms in London go by the summer. We design around your culture rather than a theme off the shelf, and we take care of the practical things, from the dietary spreadsheet to the taxi rank, so your people team can enjoy the evening too.

Typically includes

  • Venue search and contracting
  • Concept, décor and lighting
  • Food, drinks and bar design
  • Entertainment and music
  • Guest communications and registration
  • On-the-night management
When should we start? For a December event, ideally by June. If it is later than that, call us anyway. We know where the rooms are.
07

Fundraising galas

A fundraising gala has a job to do, and the room is part of how it does it. Guests give more when they feel looked after, when the evening runs on time and when the moment of asking is handled with grace. We design for that moment.

We work alongside your development team and your auctioneer, and we build the programme so the appeal lands at the right point in the evening. Everything else, from the first glass to the last dance, is there to make generosity feel like the natural response.

Typically includes

  • Venue and concept
  • Programme design around the appeal
  • Auction and pledge logistics
  • Table sales materials
  • Sponsor recognition and branding
  • Entertainment and production
Can you work with a charity’s budget?Yes, and we are good at making a budget go further through long-standing supplier relationships. We are honest about what a given figure can achieve.

Destination and incentive programmes

When the event leaves the country, the planning has to be tighter still. We produce programmes in Portugal, Italy, France, Switzerland, Morocco and West Africa, using relationships built over years of being invited behind the scenes by venues and tourism boards.

Everything is planned from Surrey and delivered as if we lived there: the villa or hotel, the private dinners, the days out, the transfers, the welcome gifts waiting in the rooms. Your guests will feel that someone who knows the place has been looking after them.

Typically includes

  • Destination and venue research
  • Travel and transfer planning
  • Accommodation and room allocations
  • Dining, wine and local days out
  • Programme and activities
  • On-site management by our team
How do you manage quality when you are not there every day?We visit before we commit, we use partners we have worked with before, and a member of our team is on site from before the first guest arrives until after the last one leaves.

Tell us what you are hosting.

A few lines is enough to begin. We reply personally within one working day, and the first conversation is an hour of our time at no charge. If the date is close, say so and we will call you the same day.
