How we look after your information.

We collect as little as we can, we keep it only as long as we need to reply to you and plan your event, and we never sell it or share it for marketing.

Who we are

AFTR Signature is the corporate events practice of A Flair to Remember, [registered address], company number [number]. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at info@aflairtoremember.co.uk.

What we collect when you enquire

The enquiry form asks for your name, company, role, email address, an optional phone number and a description of the event. That is sent to us by email and stored in our mailbox and our planning files. We do not use third-party form services.

Why we collect it

We use it to reply to you, to prepare for a first conversation and, if we work together, to plan and deliver your event. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you have chosen to send us. If you later ask to receive occasional notes from us, we will ask for your consent separately.

How long we keep it

If we do not go on to work together, we delete your enquiry twenty-four months after our last contact. If we do work together, we keep the event file for six years after the event, as our accountants require, and then delete it.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. If that changes, we will say so here and ask you first.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to our using it. Email info@aflairtoremember.co.uk and we will reply within a month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
